The Rim Country Regional Chamber of Commerce serves the Payson area as a one-stop, in-person source for information about tourism, local events and retail businesses in the Rim Country. The Chamber offices, conveniently located at the northwest corner of Highway 260 and Main Street, can provide visitors with maps, brochures, and recommendations on lodging, dining, and attractions in the region.

Each year visitors, numbering in the hundreds of thousands from throughout the United States, make their way to the Arizona Rim Country. They come to enjoy the breathtaking natural beauty of a countryside covered with Ponderosa pine and the incomparable cool, summer weather.
While some are here for weekend visits, others vacation all summer or come for inspiration in the winter when occasional snows blanket the landscape. Virtually limitless trails, campgrounds and other recreational activities and amenities can be found in the adjacent Payson District of the Tonto National Forest. The Payson region is also home to Tonto Natural Bridge State Park and Tonto National Monument.
