The Payson Regional Economic Development Corporation (PREDC) is a non-profit organization whose charter is to assist companies wishing to relocate or expand to the Payson Region. PREDC can assist companies with the following:

• Local resource for information and assistance
• Locating available business sites
• Temporary office space for special meetings or projects
• Information about state and local incentive programs
• Referral source for business financing
• Facilitate interaction with permitting agencies and other governmental authorities
• Consultation regarding marketing, operations, expansion, workforce, etc.
• Acquisition of labor force (job fairs, training, pre-screening, job fairs, etc.)
• Other assistance as needed
