The purpose of the non-profit Corporation is to encourage quality economic development, quality employment opportunities and community improvements that in turn will help ensure long-term investments of lasting prosperity to Northern Gila County/Payson region.The Corporation is recognized by the Federal Government as a 501(c)(6) corporation.

PREDC works directly with the Town of Payson and Gila County to promote and sustain economic prosperity, and can assist prospective and existing businesses with the following:

• Regional demographics and business information resource
• Referrals for business financing
• Information/coordination with various local, county, state and federal incentive/development programs
• Consultation regarding business plans and considerations (from marketing to labor force)
• Identification of available business sites and arranging for site tours
• Assistance with permitting agencies and other governmental entities
• Other assistance as may be beneficial
